AttendVia records class attendance for schools. Use your own account on your own device, and clock in or out only when you are physically present. Attempting to falsify attendance may have consequences under your school's policies and applicable law.

Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter and attest, and for having the authority to collect their students' information.

AttendVia provides evidence to support attendance records. It can't guarantee that every false attendance is detected. Schools remain responsible for their own compliance.
