For students
Clock in and out
From the iPhone or Android app, or the website if the instructor allows it. It takes the class code, a location reading, Face ID, a fingerprint or the screen lock, and an authenticator code unless the class has turned it off.
Schedule and hours
See upcoming classes and every hour earned, marked signed off or pending, including from home once signed in.
Clear reminders
A presence check shows on the phone and the room screen. An optional email reminds anyone still clocked in as class ends.
Their location stays theirs
Location is read only after a tap: at clock-in, clock-out and presence checks. Never to sign in, and never in the background.
For instructors
Rosters
Add students one at a time or from a CSV file. Each gets an email, and a temporary password you give them in class.
Schedules
Weekly class days, breaks, one-time and makeup sessions, across daylight saving and past midnight.
Class Screen
A kiosk link for any projector: the rotating code and live count, with no names and no sign-in on that computer.
Live roster and sign-off
See who is here as it happens. Count the room, review the evidence, and sign off by name.
Presence checks
Automatic checks at random times, or start one yourself. Turn them off for an exam. A miss never changes hours by itself: you decide.
A fallback for a bad day
When phones die or the app isn't in use, take attendance on one screen with each student's times, or print a sign-in sheet. All of it is labelled on reports.
