Built for any class that has to count
If someone needs to know who was there and for how long, AttendVia can keep the record.
Career and technical programs
Programs with required clock hours, where each hour has to be earned and shown: health sciences, trades, cosmetology and more.
Colleges and universities
Attendance for courses and labs that require it, without passing a sheet around a lecture hall.
K-12 schools
Period-by-period attendance for older students with their own phones, and electives or career pathways with hour requirements.
Continuing education
Workshops and licensing courses where a certificate depends on hours attended.
Multiple locations
A separate geofence for every campus, room or site, each with its own time zone.
Single-instructor programs
Everything runs from one instructor account and one screen. No IT department needed.
What your program needs in place
- Students with their own iPhone. Students without one can use the website if you allow it, or be marked present by the instructor.
- A screen at the front of the room for the class code. Any projector, TV or laptop with a browser works.
- Internet in the room. AttendVia records attendance as it happens and doesn't work offline. A printable sign-in sheet covers an outage.
- A check that it meets your own rules. Regulators and accreditors differ, and some require a wet signature. Your program is responsible for its compliance, and we would rather you ask yours early.
